Dismantling quotations are based on the site details shared by the customer (space type, sq.ft area, photos). Final scope and price are confirmed after a free physical site visit. Any change in scope discovered on-site (hidden fixtures, additional area, structural issues) may revise the quoted price.
All scrap price estimates (including the Estimator/Taala Kaata calculator) are indicative only. The final price is determined after physical inspection and on-site weighing at the time of pickup.
Site visits and job scheduling are subject to team availability and site access permissions (building/mall/society timing rules, security clearances), which are the customer's responsibility to arrange.
We take reasonable care while handling all materials and site work per our Safety Guidelines. Customers are requested to disclose any fragile, hazardous or sensitive items before work begins.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
